Portable Odor Control System Video At Landfill

Does your landfill work face move? So should your odor control system!
This portable odor control system is efficient, and gets the odor neutralizer exactly where it needs to be.....where the odors are.

This unit can be filled where it is, or be transported to the re-fill station. The chemical injector is 12 volt so no external power is required, or the odor control agent can be added directly to the tank.
This unit is simple to set up, low maintenance, and economical to operate. It has a 10 hour run time so you can get a full days use before it has to be re-fueled.
Once folded up it can be transported to other sites, so depending on where the the offensive odors are your odor control system can be right on top of them

Dual Chemical Injection Feed Quill

Do you need to feed 2 chemicals but only have one feed point? No problem! The injector is easily installed and who wants to shut the entire system down for a "hot tap".

The Dual Feed Chemical Injection Quill will allow you to feed 2 chemicals into 1 place. The chemicals do not come in contact with each other and it eliminates the need for an additional feed point.
The quill is adaptable to any pipe size and the quill length is manufactured in our shop so you determine how long you need it. The standard outer injector reaches into the pipe 2" and the inner injector reaches into the pipe 3". Again, the lengths can be customized to your application.

Material of construction is 316 Stainless steel. Other alloys are available upon request. We can also manufacture these units in PVC, CPVC, Teflon, and PVDF. Other plastics are available upon request.

Stack Odor Control System For Pet Food Plant

A large Mid Western Pet Food company was experiencing odors emanating from one of their dryer stacks. Utilizing high pressure low flow technology and atomizing naturally occurring essential oils at 15 micron particulate we were able to eliminate fugitive odors from the stack.
Stack Nozzle "Cross" Configuration
We manufactured a "cross" configuration of stainless steel pipe and nozzles that fit over the dryer stack, therefore neutralizing any and all odors coming from the process.
High Pressure Distribution System
High Pressure Distribution System:
System configuration is as follows (clockwise) High pressure pump close coupled to a Baldor TEFC motor, York programmable 2 station timer, Advantage Control chemical injection pump, clear acrylic10 micron cartridge filter for inlet water, 2 glycerin filled pressure gauges (inlet and discharge), all stainless steel piping, mounted on a welded steel rigid base.Single 110 volt, 15 amp plug for simple electrical hook up is included.

This unit is designed to be used indoors or outdoors.

Low cost, easy installation, problem solved.

Odor Elimination Trailer Prepared for Deployment\

This system was delivered to a refinery in Nova Scotia. Their tank farm was releasing fugitive odors into the surrounding community. Odors such as petroleum based by-products and Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S)were common complaints.
Orchem Odor Elimination Trailer with Four Rotors
The odor elimination equipment was positioned around the perimeter of the tank farm, thereby reducing or eliminating the noxious fumes from reaching the neighbors.

How it works
The equipment in the trailer is used to distribute naturally occurring essential oils into the surrounding air.
The product is distributed to the odor rotors using compressed air which acts as a carrier with the essential oils entrained.  Since there is a potential for freezing, the compressed air option is the only option.

What equipment we installed in the trailer
Inside the trailer is an essential oil storage tank, 175 CFM diesel powered air compressor,  chemical injection pumps, distribution manifold, and pressure switch.  The pressure switch is used to turn off teh chemical injections pumps if the carrier air pressure drops.  This eliminates excess chemical consumption.

This trailer requires no external power. The Advantage pumps were chosen because they were 12 volt and can be wired directly to the charging system on the diesel engine.

100 Gallon storage tank and 5 Advantage 12 volt chemical injection pumps
Rotors and tripods are positioned outside the trailer near the area where the odor is coming from.
175 CFM John Deere Diesel compressor with wall mounted manifold and pressure switch. All pumps are individually wired
Coverage area
This particular odor control trailer was designed to cover 1000 linear feet with the potential for an additional 500'. The product is delivered in the vapor phase into the air at approximately 5 micron particulate

Flash Arrestors for Condensate Capture

Orchem recently shipped 20 flash arrestors of various sizes to a local state correctional facility.  For use in a new wing of the facility.  The sizes range from 2" to 6" in diameter.   The arrestors were produced in carbon steel.  Each unit was pressure tested at 1000 psig and custom painted with high temperature enamel,  Acted as a subcontractor to the mechanical contractor of the site.  They exceeded the customer specifications and saved capital cost versus the competition.
Why use a flash arrestor?
To keep from putting already treated condensate down the drain.  This saves the heat value of the condensate by reintroducing it back to the system, reduces chemical makeup and eliminate water tempering in the drain.  This saves drain repair, piping repair, fuel, and manpower.
